RawTherapee
RawTherapee/RawTherapeeReviewed by Radar
What it does
RawTherapee is a desktop program for developing RAW photo files from digital cameras, and it also edits JPEG, TIFF and PNG images. It offers detailed controls for exposure, color, sharpness, noise and lens fixes, and keeps your original files unchanged. It is for photography enthusiasts and semi-professionals who are willing to learn; the project says it does not try to be an all-in-one tool and lacks photo-library management and printing. Windows (including Windows on Arm), macOS and Linux have ready downloads; the Windows installer is about 45 MB.

The 5.13 release includes a ready Windows installer (RawTherapee_5.13_win64_x86_64_release.exe, about 45 MB) and a Windows on Arm version, so you download it and run it.
