Free alternatives to Projectivy Launcher
6 free programs that can replace Projectivy Launcher, each pairing checked by Radar's AI reviewer or by Radar.
Projectivy Launcher is an app for Android TV devices that replaces the default home screen, letting people arrange apps, rows and wallpapers to their taste. It is mostly used by owners of TV boxes and streaming sticks who want a cleaner, more personal start screen than the one that came with the device.
Before you switch, confirm that your device runs a version of Android TV the new app supports, and check whether it can be set as the default home screen on your model, because some manufacturers make that harder. Look at the features you actually use: app ordering, hiding unwanted rows or apps, wallpapers, shortcuts and support for your remote. Find out whether you can back up or export your layout so you do not have to rebuild it by hand. Setting up a TV with a simple remote is slow work, so note your current settings first, and learn how to return to the original home screen if something goes wrong.
